Even in Sweden, the self-named paradise of gender equality, women are discriminated in the labour market. Even if one takes into account that men and women have different occupations and education, the statistics show that a woman in average only earns 93.4 percent of what a man does. Now, can you imagine how does it look for Swedish female workers with immigrant background?
